Want to relax, escape the hectic, every busy world for just a bit of time?
Than look no further than Isaac Shepard’s latest musical creation, his third piano solo CD, The Renewing, and find the peace we all need.
With tranquil sounds that emanate from his finely tuned piano skills, The Renewing will put your mind at ease and transform your soul to journey into a world of imagination. His easy to listen to, hard to turn off CD captures the body, mind, and soul in gentle stillness.
The first track on The Renewing is entitled “Tears Can Fall” and the listener feels a sense of ease and comfort as his fingers dance across the piano keys creating a sense of a space full of understanding and light.
But you won’t fall asleep (unless that’s your intent) while listening to this harmonious compilation of music. Track numbers three and eight, “Good Company” and “All Smiles” encompasses a slightly faster pace while still bringing calmness to your mind.
In this ten track, close to thirty-eight minute piano CD, Isaac Shepard provides the listener with a harmoniously composed, graciously executed musical journey into peace, solitude, and the feeling that yes, goodwill does still abound in the world.
Shepard’s Musical Family
Shepard’s musical talent budded at an early age with much credit to his musical family. Learning to play piano by ear by age 12, Shepard joined his father’s band. Shepard played the keyboard for the group performing at soup kitchens, shelters, church events, and other various musical gatherings in Southern California.
In 1998 Shepard released his first solo CD, On Subtle Ground, showcasing his keyboard talents. In 2005 he released his first solo piano CD, Swept Away.
2008 brought the release of Shepard’s second piano solo CD, Deep Joy, which reached the coveted number one spot on the iTunes New Age category. His third piano solo endeavor has so far reached number four on the International Radio Airplay Charts for two months in a row.
Shepard’s music is calming, peaceful, and what seems to be divinely inspired. Enjoy!
